Requirement

- Minimal bachelor degree in IT

- Minimal 3 years’ experience in IT Support

- Knowledge in IT product

- Good analytical and problem solving skill

- Good communication, administration, time management skill

Job Description

- IT support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues

- Maintain networking, CCTV, Internet, and other IT equipment

- Coordinate with 3rd party for services IT equipment

- Coordinate with stakeholder and 3rd party for IT infrastructure and equipment

- Evaluate and provide requirement recommendation related IT

- IT asset management

- Daily reporting on IT issues and resolution
