We’re looking for an IT Administrator to join our International Sales team, to ensure the secure and reliable operation of software, computer and networking infrastructure belonging to both Glints and Glints TalentHub customers and to resolve IT issues faced by Glints employees and Glints TalentHub employees.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up network and computer systems: Work together with Glints Client Success team to set up network and computer systems in accordance to requirements by customers, including assisting in the procurement of new hardware
- Resolve IT problems within designated SLA: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for information technology problems (software, hardware) faced by employees
- Provision and de-provision accounts within designated SLA: Assist People Team during onboarding/offboarding process to create/remove G Suite, Slack or other accounts as when necessary
- Create, maintain and implement technical manuals and IT policies: Work together with CTO to craft policies (such as IT acceptable use policies) suitable for Glints and implement them on our IT systems.
- Ensure awareness of information security: Ensure that all Glints employees and Glints TalentHub employees are able to discern and avoid cybersecurity threats that may compromise data security

Who We Are Looking For
- You have minimum 2-3 years of experiences in related field
- You are proficient in English, since you would be communicating with international clients
- You have experience or can pick up Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and key tools
- You have conceptual knowledge of scripting and networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, WiFi, VLANs)
- You are enthusiastic about technology and you’re familiar with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and the web
- You can pick up any product or tool within a short period of time
- You are tolerant and friendly, especially with folks who aren’t necessarily well-versed with technology
- You have a sense of urgency and you resolve issues quickly
- You are attention to detail
- You have high level of integrity especially towards data confidentiality
