We’re looking for an IT Administrator to join our Engineering team, to enable Glintstars to be productive in their day-to-day work by supporting them in their usage of our IT resources.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provisioning IT equipment (e.g. laptops) for our distributed workforce
- Provisioning accounts in SaaS products (e.g. Zoom, Google Workspace, Customer.io, etc.) we use
- Serve IT support requests
- Maintain an inventory of all physical IT assets belonging to GlintsImplement an Identity Management Platform (e.g. Okta) across our IT infrastructure
- Review and educate our employees about our internal IT policy

Who We Are Looking For
- You can pick up any product or tool within a short period of time
- You are tolerant and friendly, especially with folks who aren’t necessarily well-versed with technology
- You have a sense of urgency and you resolve issues quickly
- You have experience or can pick up Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and key tools we useYou have conceptual knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, directory services
- You are enthusiastic about technology and you’re familiar with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and the web
- You have experience working with external vendors
