Responsibilities:
- Implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement in Area
- HR Visit to all area of Southern Sumatera
- HR Audit related to labour activities to be improved in Area
- Responsible to manage Industrial Relation activities (Sosialisasi Peraturan Perusahaan, Surat Peringatan, etc)
- Responsible to manage employment cases (fraud, indisciplinary, performance issue, etc)
- Responsible to manage external relation with LSM, Disnaker, Kepolisian for every issues related
Requirements:
- Min. bachelor of law
- Min. 4 years of professional Industrial Relations,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of state and federal laws concerning labor relations.
- Thorough understanding of negotiation techniques.
- Thorough understanding of dispute resolution and compensation administration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
