About the role

As Investment Product Partnership Lead, you will be in charge of handling end to end relationship with existing and new potential investment partner in order to grow retail lenders segment & fund contribution coming from individual retail lenders.

You will play role as Individual Contributor in B2B Partnership squad and become the face of Amartha in the industry as well as bridge all business & product inteinclude but not limited to: onboarding, due diligence, deal negotiation, business & product requirements, stakeholders approval and report analysis to unlock new business growth coming from potential partners.

You will also work with other functions such as Product, Marketing, Customer Experience,
Operations, and Data Science team to establish sustainable partnership and business growth from the partnership.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate and acquire potential investment partner as lenders acquisition channel for Amartha include but not limited to:
    • build and hunt partners pipeline
    • lead pitching & acquisition effort
    • lead due diligence & negotiate commercial deals
    • gather product and compliance requirements
    • ensure legal and compliance documentation well stored
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute actionable partnership strategy in order to secure bigger volume contributed by retail lenders including but not limited to:
    • marketing initiatives ideation
    • user flow improvement
    • feature enhancement/ development
    • commercial deal renegotiation
    • partnership performance improvement initiative
    • issue/backlog escalation
  • Streamline issue escalation and gather support from relevant stakeholders / functions to grow the partnership and increase business volume from each partner including but not limited to:
    • liaise with other divisions as necessary in dealing with enquiries from partners
    • solve working constraint (operations, compliance, budget, release timeline)
    • evaluate partnership performance & identify backlog
  • Should have at least 4 years of work experience in relevant role (product partnership/marketing, B2B partnership, growth projects)
  • Sensible business acumen and strong negotiation skill; comfortable working in a fast pace work environment and lean team organization structure
  • Proven track record in handling counter part acquisition and management in financial sector (is a plus)
  • Proven track record to follow through with projects from inception to completion
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
  • Client-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in professional Indonesian and English work environment
  • Strong excel skills (pivot, vlook up, hlookup, charting, and other basic Excel functions)
  • Familiar with google products (Google sheet, drive, docs, slides, forms)

About the team

Partnership Investment mission is to enabling access of impact investment instruments for everyone through collaboration with investment partners.
Partnership Investment consists of 20+ people from sales/business, operations, product and tech team -- dedicated stream team to create products that fit with our partners needs.


We implement Work From Anywhere policy in Amartha to bring more work life balance and at the end increase team well being & productivity. Face to face offline meetings are required upon partners/ manager request. We will also have regular monthly meetup for everyone who lives in Jabodetabek area to strengthen team collaboration.
