About the Role

As Product Business Owner in the Funding Team, you will be responsible for driving user adoption, business growth, and enhancing the investment experience for Celengan users, with a focus on growing the urban retail lenders segment and increasing fund contributions from individual retail lenders.

Celengan's growth will be primarily marketing and features-driven to acquire individual lenders to Amarthafin.

You will serve as the Stream Leader of Celengan for Retail Urban Lenders, collaborating closely with the Marketing, Product, Customer Experience teams ans other relevant teams.

Responsibilities

  • Driving growth and acquisition by owning the acquisition and retention funnel for the product
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and activation plans to scale user adoption and engagement to attract new lenders and increase the ticket size of existing lenders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and take actionable steps to grow users and assets under management (AUM)
  • Propose and prioritize feature improvements or process enhancements to streamline the investment experience
  • Manage the product's commercial dynamics: cost of funds, marketing spend, operational efficiency
  • Drive sustainable unit economics without compromising user value and investing experience
  • Explore strategic partnerships, innovative marketing initiatives, and product-led growth features
  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant roles in product marketing, business growth, or product management—preferably in fintech, investment, or digital platforms
  • Strong skills in marketing, project management, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical mindset & skills with a commercial sense and strong negotiation skills;
  • Growth-driven mindset with hands-on experience in user acquisition, retention, or A/B testing
  • Proficient in working effectively with cross-functional teams, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and lean organizational structure.
  • Fluent in both professional Indonesian and English in a work environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and using Google products (Google Sheets, Drive, Docs, Slides, Forms).
