Your responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Oversee the performance and growth of the portfolio companies, ensuring that they meet established goals and objectives.
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute long-term strategic plans, drive operational excellence and facilitate fundraising process.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, and industry experts.
• Collaborate with INDICO team on the development of the overall portfolio strategy and identification of new investment opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments and provide insights and recommendations to senior management on investment decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities for the portfolio companies.
• Develop and maintain financial models and metrics to evaluate portfolio company performance and potential returns.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of combined experience in portfolio management, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial information and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Indonesian digital economy and relevant industry trends.
• Candidate with strong investor network and/or relations is a plus
