- Work with the Operations team to provide seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Process customer's orders/ inquiries timely and accurately.
- communicate discrepancies/ issues to Manager when necessary.
- Proactively alert 3PLs and customers in the event any service deviation from standard transport mapping.
- Responsible and familiarise with track and trace systems.
- Continuous update thtough communication channels on current status from 3PLs.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
- Final year students in Supply Chain/ Transportation/ Logistics.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
