Internship - Computer Science/IT/Business Studies

About the role

You will be assisting the manager specified tasks. Work with the solution team to provide a seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Analyze performance and attend service deviation
• Deploy new reports, new function, and new process
• Guarantee operational processes and commitments are realistic, productive and being monitored
• Support in organizational and process optimization issues to achieve efficiency & productivity leading to an increase in-service level
• Support in analysis tool
• Receive, analyse and filter points of improvements
• Conduct technology watch on the relevant scope
• Conduct business requirements consolidation
• Consolidate data intelligence for business cases

Candidate must currently pursuing:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
• Bachelor Degree in Management
• Bachelor Degree in International Business
• Bachelor Degree in IT

Required skill(s): Proficient in English and local language, spoken and written.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
• Internship with duration of 6 months preferred.
