We’re looking for an International Recruitment Consultant to join our International Sales team, to assist our overseas hiring partners get their best Indonesian talents using our cross-border recruitment service.

You will source and manage candidates to fill the open roles for our hiring partners and coordinate with them to define necessary requirements.

Using your ability to communicate in English in a professional manner, you will be able to sell jobs to potential candidates/talents, persuade them and negotiate until the role is filled to achieve the targets and also to realize their human potential.

What You'll Be Doing

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for our hiring partners (clients). Sourcing the best talent on the market to fill the open role based on requirements. This includes interviewing, offering process and handling the employment documents.
Sell the available roles to potential talents by understanding the value proposition of our hiring partners' company.
Work in collaboration with the Customer Success and Talent Success team.

Someone who has minimum 6 months of working experiences is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
Someone who is good and confident with their communication skills in English; intermediate to advanced written and verbal English skills
Intellectually curious individuals are highly encouraged to apply!
