International Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers.  We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the Southeast Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Manage international social media accounts
• Create monthly content planning for Instagram feed and Tiktok 
• Devise content strategy for marketing campaigns 
• Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions 
• Manage social media officers regarding execution of content creation 
• Coordinate with internal teams to create design and advertising materials 
• Track and report social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience handling marketing & social media 
• Have experience working at a creative agency or beauty company will be a plus point
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Up to date with the trend, knows how to use catchy words to persuade viewers
• Willing to do WFO (our office is located at Bluegreen Integrated Office, Jakarta Barat)
