We are looking for a skilled and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to join our Internal Communication team. As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and illustrations that effectively communicate tiket.com's messages to our employees.

Your main duties in flying with us:

• Collaborate with the internal communication team to understand design requirements and project objectives
• Develop engaging graphics that align with the company's brand standards and visual aesthetics, including but not limited to newsletters, posters, and digital content.
• Work closely with the internal communications team to review and revise designs as needed.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within set timelines.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall quality of internal communication materials.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• Final year university student or fresh graduate with ample experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• A well-rounded portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and design skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the internal communications team remotely.
• Ability to take feedback and implement changes to meet project requirements.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Previous experience in internal communications design or related fields is a plus but not required.
