Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of process controls.
- Be responsible for clear, concise, and organized documentation of audit work papers and report.
- Identify and evaluate complex business risk, deficiencies and related opportunities for improvements of internal controls.
- Manage tasks effectively – manage audit projects commitment, timeline, deliverable quality, and resource utilization.
- Proactively engage and communicate with related stakeholders throughout the entirety of the audit process.
- Support the development of the audit methodology and provide training to the team.
- Continuously develop and improve your technical skillset through self-studies and training / certification programs.
- Provide exemplary conduct to your team by demonstrating integrity in your work, professionalism in your conducts, commitment to quality deliverables and open / honest feedback to the team, peers and superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable universities major in Accounting
- Minimum 6 years experiences in Audit professional practice
- Have experiences in Consumer Products or retail
- Possess Accountant Certification will be advantageous.
- Articulate and convincing communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-moving and multi-tasking environment.
- Capable in developing others and managing talents.
- Excellent in English, both oral and written.
