Glance Indonesia & Glance Gaming

Glance Indonesia is now having 20 million monthly active users with propositions of LIVE content streaming & LIVE gaming streaming. We work with leading publishers, creators, and game streamers in Indonesia to serve personalized content across categories of Entertainment, Sports, Gaming and News.

Job Profile Overview:

To drive LIVE Gaming Streaming in Indonesia, we need gaming specialists from Indonesia to come on board and drive on-the-ground initiatives.

Game streaming requires dedicated focus
Need ex-gamers who understand the gaming domain in Indonesia in-and-out
Need to build connects with gamers and carve out the right content format
Need someone to drive end to end operations, coordinating with local streamers in Bahasa

What will you do?

Run the daily game streaming shows on Glance
Interact with the streamers, be on call with them during the entire duration of the stream
Provide any technical, operational support that might be needed by the streamer
Set up all the tools and streaming equipment by working closely with the streamer
Run polls, Ask Me Anything (AMA) during live streams
Provide suggestions to improve the streaming content quality
Moderate the content to maintain the language quality, check if we have any abusive language and make sure content is right from cultural standpoint.

You are?

Currently in college or fresh graduate
Insanely passionate about game streaming
If you are yourself a game streamer, that's preferred
Fluent in English and Bahasa
Self-starter, motivated, and proactive
Deeply knowledge about game plays in popular games like PubG, BGMI, Mobile Legend etc.
You are willing to learn, adapt and have the tolerance for ambiguity
Ambitious to try out different things and experiment
