Responsibilities:
- Communicate and support internal stakeholders and MY Product Development Team for any implementations, analytics, product, process and system solutions related to E-Commerce Platform Integrations and other Ninja Van products
- Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders on Ninja Van Integrated Platform Product through the Integration Documentation provided by the MY Product Development Team
- Monitor and analyze all inquiries, product usage and feedbacks in order to increase integrated volume contribution for stationed Sales Channel Team
- Understand and resolve troubleshoot inquiries related to Ninja Van Integrated Platform that channeled by both internal and external stackholders
- Support internal stakeholders in Shipper Acquisition for Non-Ninja Van Integrated Platform
Requirements
- Fresh Graduates with IT Background (Basic Frontend / Backend Understanding) or 2 years experience working with any company under E-Commerce Industries (Basic Understanding of E-Commerce System and E-Commerce Operational Flow)
Preferred Bonus Skills (Not compulsory but advantage)
- Basic knowledge of Programming Languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Basic understanding of API, DataBase, Web App Development
- Familiarity with software such as Google Products (gSheets, gSlide, gSite, etc), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Visual Code & Android Studio)
