Insurance Placement Associate - General Insurance

We are looking for Insurance Placement Executive who will be placed in Jakarta, Head Office to do placement to the insurance companies for the commercial products (mainly: Property LoB). This position will keep and build good relationship, do negotiation with the insurance companies to achieve success ratio of the placement, good t/c, excellent SLA and their full support.

Responsibilities:

• Do insurance placement for all incoming Leads under the area of responsibility, mainly Property LoB.
• Maintain, build good relationship and do good communication/ negotiation with Insurance Companies and Sales Team
• Ensure for proper quotation process as per SLA, and negotiate the terms/conditions and benefit with Insurance Companies and Sales team
• Achieve for hit and bind ratio of the business

• Bachelor's degree from reputable University, preferably in Insurance major
• Good networking and connection in the insurance industry, mainly with insurance companies
• Experience as a Technical/Placement in Insurance Broker or experience in Undewriting/Technical in Insurance Company
• Preferably 3-5 years experienced in Property LoB
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Having a degree or certificate of insurance broker or in insurance is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and speaking) is a plus
• Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team
• Able to work under limited deadline
