Insurance Placement Admin - General Insurance

We are looking for Insurance Placement (IP) Admin to support our operational and will be placed in Jakarta, Head Office. This position has responsibility to do support in administration and operational of the Insurance Placement Team, to always maintain and develop the level of services of this Insurance Placement Team.


Responsibilities :

  • End to end handle administration, support and operation of IP Team
  • Good communication and coordination with IP Team, Sales Team, Insurance Partners and with other parties/ teams
  • Monitoring the issuance and delivery of insurance policies, to keep within SLA
  • Responsibility in monitoring the feedback and complaints from other parties/ teams
  • To assist on all other supports within the area of responsibility which required and requested by Head of IP Team
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Insurance major
  • Experience in Insurance Industry, preferred in area of support, operation and administration
  • At least 3 years experienced in related field
  • Excellent in communication, coordination and persuasion skills
  • Good in managing and monitoring the the works
  • Good in English (written and speaking) is a plus
  • Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. Quite advanced in Excel skills is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team
  • Able to work under limited deadline
