This position entails assisting Insurance Advisors for the Qoala App (B2C) throughout the entire process, from initial processing to providing administrative and data support essential for generating quotations.
Responsibilities:
- To assist in day to day operations for Qoala App
- Responsible to process quotation and issuance on timely and accurate manner
- Carry out adhoc operations and administrative tasks when needed to support the team
- Work closely with the Sales and Business team to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage documentation and data recording
- Have experience working is Insurance company minimal 1 year
- Able to operate G Suite
- Able to speak English at least conversational
- Able to work independently, is self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
