Insurance Officer

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Insurance Analyst to play a key role in our insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance product, its claim mechanisms and also communication skills. As an Insurance Analyst, you will be responsible for managing claim submission, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, and providing support to the business team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct claim submission to insurance partner
• Collaborate with Amartha’s field team to provide claim documents
• Review and provide portfolio monitoring and reconciliation with insurance partner

• Should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Strong excel skill (pivot,Vlook up,hlookup, and other basic excel functions)
• Familiar with google product (Google sheet, drive, docs,slides,forms)
• Comfortable to work individually or team as well as collab in cross functions
