Insurance Officer

About the role

As our next insurance officer, you will support our insurance partner and in terms of conducting submission claim, reconciliation as well as portfolio monitoring. You will also work alongside other officer or analyst as well as our lending team/funding team whom focused more on managing the relationship borrower/partner.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of insurance partner requirements
• Analyze and provide input to the currently ongoing business process insurance
• conduct submission claim to insurance partner
• Provide portfolio monitoring and reconciliation with insurance partner
• Submission claim – liaise with team point & partner asuransi – monitoring & reconcile data terkait submission

• Should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Min 1 year experience, however fresh graduates are open to apply
• Good knowledge in basic excel skill (pivot, Vlookup, hlookup, and other basic excel functions)
• Familiar with google product (Google sheet, drive, docs, slides, forms)
• Comfortable to work indivuallly or team as well as collab in cross functions
