Insurance Claim Management Senior Officer

1 Main Duties

Perform insurance & claim management for Bollore Indonesia

􀀹 To investigate, quantify and negotiate all classes of insurance rates and claims

􀀹 Establish and maintain personal contact with Insurance provider and Broker personnel

􀀹 Advise users regarding to insurance documents, contacts and agreements handling

􀀹 Work as part of highly qualified team, sharing responsibilities and handling complex losses

􀀹 Lead implementation of company policy regarding to insurance and regulatory compliance

􀀹 Liaison between Regional Office in Singapore and BOLLORE business in Indonesia on customer claims handling.

􀀹 Prepare insurance summaries and historical policy listings.

􀀹 Manage the annual renewal process for all insurance coverage and prepare various analyses for the various

alternatives offered.

􀀹 Aids in review of all certificates of insurance and provides support in annual certificate renewal process.

􀀹 Review retentions and deductibles and make recommendations for changes with justification

􀀹 Monitor all Claim related communication between BOLLORE Indonesia and customers / suppliers / Network /

Admin / Surveyors.

􀀹 Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency

􀀹 Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility

􀀹 Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements

Perform legal management for Bollore Indonesia

􀀹 Collaborate as team to review expiry date of each licenses

􀀹 Collaborate as team to store legal documents appropriately

􀀹 Prepare and monitor legal document requested for new and existing Customer

2 Reporting Activities

􀀹 Prepare Bordereaux Report in weekly basis to ensure all insurance request will be paid in timely basis

3 QHSE

􀀹 Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency

􀀹 Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility

􀀹 Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements

- Bachelor/ Master Degree in business administration/ any major from recognized university or relevant qualification

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic and multi-cultural MNC environment

- Having experienced specialized in area of insurance and claims management

- Good knowledge in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight and Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Incoterms, etc. especially knowledge of relevant legal and insurance developments in Freight forwarding/shipping/logistics terms

- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow detailed instructions with accuracy
