We are looking for an Insurance Business Admin to help Telesales provide products based on customer desire. Insurance Business Admin duties include manage the transaction and insurance process. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate manual quotation for telesales
  • Issue policy and road tax for customers
  • Perform endorsement and cancellation of policies when required
  • Upload QApp transaction policy information on Customer Experience dashboard
  • Perform record keeping for every transaction
  • Willing to follow Malaysia public holiday schedule
  • Willing to work with shifting schedule (weekends or public holidays)
  • Professional proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading, and listening)
  • Proficient in using Google Suites
  • Detail-oriented
  • Adaptable & eager to learn
  • Teamplayer
  • Background in Insurance back office processes is good to have
