- Provide assistance and evaluation of the inspection process.
- Provide input and advice related to buying and selling car.
- Developing training journey for new and existing agent.
- Provide internal inspection certification for all agent sales officers.
- Reporting training and development progress to academy manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- At least 1 years experience in training.
- Familiar and likes the automotive industry, especially cars.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented but make it simple for learners.
- Have trainer skills and reporting skills.
