Responsibilities:

Conduct market research focusing on SME industry, e-commerce landscape and e-logistics in Indonesia and beyond
Conduct user interviews, surveys and testing together with Growth & Product team to generate insights for our products and solutions prior to scalable launch
Maintain industry and competitor monitoring periodically
Conduct join study together with our regional teams, growth teams and commercial teams to pursue new business models or proof of concepts
Expand our operational performance understanding alongside operational teams in Ninja

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree (S1) in prominent local university in areas such as Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in research projects or research consulting companies
Experience in e-commerce, aggregator or e-logistics companies is a major plus
Excellent time-management, communication and analytical skills
Knowledge in statistics including tools such as VBA, Tableu or Power BI is a major plus
