About Fazz
Fazz is an ecosystem of financial services that comprise Fazz (Business account for Southeast Asia), StraitsX (Payments infrastructure for digital assets), and Modal Rakyat (Mutual cooperation funding for MSMEs) founded in 2016, as a result of a merger between PayFazz and Xfers, two Y Combinator alumni based in Southeast Asia.
Fazz provides business accounts that offer seamless payment, savings and credit functionalities, giving businesses equal opportunity to build, run, and grow. We cater to the warung and MSME in Indonesia under the brand Fazz Agen, and fast-growing startups and SMEs in Singapore and Indonesia under the brand Fazz Business.
Fazz’s mission is to make the future of finances accessible for every single business in Southeast Asia, where many MSMEs and the population are still underserved.
What you'll be doing
- Contribute to the development of operations department innovation strategies
- Explore CRM tools and internal tools and propose improvements in order to support internal customer needs to increase efficiency
- Setting up, maintaining & troubleshooting tools operations (In General & specifically on messaging and social media, include the integrations system)
- Analyze and evaluate the customer service system tools to improve service and customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with Operations, PM, and other departments related to strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiencies
- Apply test and validation best practices with solutions
- Create documentation on case resolution in order to facilitate knowledge sharing with team members.
- Supporting Ops Team to improve effectivity
What we're looking for
- Able to speak in Bahasa and English
- Experience using CRM system (zendesk preferred)
- Strong communications skills, must have the ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely along with customer-oriented attitude,
- Open to new ideas, Inclusions, diversity, and customer focus
- Ability to think through complex problems, determine proper analytical processes and procedures, independently derive conclusions, and present results to the team
- Able to multitask, prioritize, demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
Nice to haves
- Experience using Zendesk
- Having work experience with similar company business
