A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Influencer Marketing Strategy & Operation Specialist, you will help build and manage the influencer marketing strategy and execution for our client in Indonesia. You will work closely with the client's APAC Social & Influencer Marketing team to design and deliver effective paid and earned influencer marketing campaigns and programs end to end – from strategy and planning, to content management and amplification, overall project management, and ongoing optimisation. You will work with cross-functional teams, and manage relationships with internal and external partners to get things done. You will also ensure relevant analysis is done to measure goal achievement and influence decisions. 

Your work is instrumental in developing the client's business in the region. 

We need someone who and has both extensive knowledge of the Creator Economy and data-driven influencer marketing. You will wear many hats – a rigorous strategist making decisions based on data, a project manager and a partner manager.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the influencer strategy roadmap, operations, optimization & growth of our client's Marketing campaigns and programs In Indonesia in partnership with local influencer marketing managers vendors
  • Track and analyze performance to craft actionable insights and provide recommendations, both tactical and strategic
  • Keep up to date with best practices and industry trends to identify opportunities
  • Use data analysis and strategic storytelling to effective present ideas to internal stakeholders across countries and levels 
  • Manage agency partners to develop plans and assets

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GOOD IN THIS ROLE:

  • 8+ years of experience in Digital Media and/or Influencer Marketing Management – strong data and performance marketing background preferred 
  • A passion for creator culture and current social and video trends
  • Strong English verbal and writing skills
  • Experience in effectively communicating and influencing business stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills to measure success and inform future initiatives, experience with influencer platforms (eg. Creator IQ, Tubular) preferred
  • Ability to prioritise between short-term demands and long-term needs
  • Proven track record of developing sound strategies and running effective and efficient campaigns that meet and exceed targets through test-and-learn and optimization
  • Solid project management experience and commitment to quality and attention to detail 
  • Experience working with agencies and teams to drive execution
  • Passionate about working as part of a larger team to deliver on a common goal
