You Will Responsible for

Industrial Relation

  • Conduct and utilize research regarding labor law compliance and best practices to develop recommendations for policy owners in creating or revising HR policies
  • Ensure that all employees comply with Company’s rules and regulation as written on Company’s Standard Guidelines
  • Managing employee relations issues (e.g., investigating employee and/or supervisor complaints regarding conduct, performance, or attendance, mediation between employees, etc.)
  • Conduct investigation on alleged misconducts/serious violations which may lead to termination
  • Ensure all processes of disciplinary action are in compliance with the law
  • Conduct exit interviews of any resignation submitted, and report to the HR Director of the outcome and record it into the system
  • HR-specific communications (e.g., employment terms and conditions, company codes of conduct, etc.)

Outsourcing Management

  • Initiating and maintaining outsourced HR projects including
  • Reviews vendor specifications
  • Maintaining ongoing vendor relationships
  • Checking outsourcing invoices.

    Expat Management
  • Specializes in immigration laws and focuses on multinational business immigration issues
  • Manages work permit and permanent residence applications for incoming or transferring personnel
  • Advises and provides support on global immigration needs including ancestry and citizenship advice
  • May coordinate passport renewals, visas, and other applications


What You Need

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Has extensive experience in handling Employee Relation or Industrial Relation and Expat Management, with a deep understanding of labor laws
  • In-depth knowledge regarding labor law and immigration regulation
  • Ability to display professional maturity and responsiveness in dealing with people-related issues
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, humility, and critical thinking in order to analyze problems and deliver solutions
  • Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written) in order to communicate with our international teams
