This position deals with issues like regulations, control over work structures, risk prevention, collective bargaining, industrial security and similar issues. A dedicated person will handle the end-to-end industrial cases process and all Amartha’s regional.
The ideal candidate possesses leadership capabilities, updates in every industrial relations, expert in communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build constructive relationships between all stakeholders both internally (employer) and externally (government bodies, other industry bodies and external parties).
- Conduct employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship
- Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth
- Monitor internal and external labor relations trends and submit relevant reports to Management
- Updating HR colleagues and business leaders on labor laws, healthcare regulations, best practices, etc
- Review and revise Company Regulations/Peraturan Perusahaan (PP), Collective Labor Agreement (CLA)
- Dispute Settlement (reviews investigation report from internal team and identifies the breach/violation of related policies or procedures and provides recommended disciplinary action based on IR guidelines and practices).
- Conduct company retrenchment consultation and implementation in compliance with the law.
- Bachelor degree in Legal/Management
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Industrial Relation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill (good communication)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law
- Good analytical & problem solver
- Good influencing skill & hands on HR proficient
- Willing to traveling to all Amarta's regional
