The Role

You will play a crucial role in our partnerships org. You will bring our existing Indonesia-focused partnerships team to the next level and keep up with demand from our various business verticals. You’ll be responsible for starting and growing relationships with our valuable partners across Indonesia and working closely with Product and Sales leadership, as well as our Merchant Operations and Experiments teams.

Outcomes

  • Identify potential products and partners to pave the way for our Experiments roadmap
  • Use a mix of outbound outreach methods, including LinkedIn, email, phone calls, to contact prospects
  • Propose and negotiate economic/financial model to work with partners
  • Work closely with the product team to detail the implementation plan for the partnerships
  • Build good relationships with external parties
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and own and manage the timelines, communications, action items and next steps internally and externally to get partnerships launched
  • Be creative to find solutions in removing blockers
  • Win deals
  • Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed

Experience

  • You have at least 3-4 years experience in business development, sales, partnerships with a clear track record on closing deals
  • Starting and growing long-term relationships with major partners
  • Interacting with senior management/stakeholders in partners’ companies
  • Owning projects and coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional teams
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in banking or payments, especially if you understand how core banking systems are run
