Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with local Relationship Managers to achieve commercial and operational excellence
- Provide relevant solutions related to inquiries, issues, and escalations from local Relationship Managers to optimize the new seller’s performance
- Support the Incubation Lead on project management related to incubation programs, features, or campaigns to help new sellers in each city experience growth
- Collect and manage data from the local Relationship Managers for business report
- Plan and execute initiatives to ensure the program is relevant and effective for new sellers’ growth
Requirements:
- Preferably 2-3 years experience preferably in business development or incubation project management
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Driven and motivated with passion in the e-commerce or tech industry
- Independent team player
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
