We are looking for knowledgeable incentive supervisors to process and manage company performance and management incentives. You will be the person who calculates performance based on the target of achieving business employees and managing payments. A incentive supervisors can use software or manual calculation templates with accuracy and efficiency. They are both with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. They also have great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives. The aim is to ensure personnel receive correct incentive compensation in a timely manner.
Job Description of Incentive Supervisor:
- Collecting data sources from the system or from the user (data performance, employee data and other data).
- Perform processing/calculation of incentive data for all employees, by ensuring Zero Mistake. Either by making a manual calculation template or entering in the Tools System.
- Conduct an analysis & confirmation to the business and to payroll on time (according to the schedule) related to KPI data and the incentive.
- Analyze and process all forms of dispute related to KPI & Incentive Calculation in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Make a recapitulation of incentive payments to payroll.
- Calculate and confirm to the user regarding the resign employee incentive.
- Recap feedback from branches related to the results of KPI calculations and employee incentives for the next month's improvement step.
- Review, analyze and conduct simulations related to the incentive proposal submitted by the user. In the capacity of the incentive proposal can be calculated.
- Planning Work Development in the Management Incentive Team (Creating an Incentive Dashboard to Control the Use of Incentive Budget).
- Minimum Graduate Education; Post Graduate Management in HR and Bisnis will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience as insentif specialist or insentif coordinator.
- Solid understanding of KPI fundamentals and performance management.
- Excellent in MS Office (Ms. Excel, Word, Power Point) and databases.
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team.
- Good research adn analysis skill.
