Job Descriptions

Manage Inbound Education Consultant (Customer Service) team for K-12 product & Lifelong Learning product
Develop, evaluate & monitoring the performance of the Inbound team across products to meet business objectives
Develop, improve and implement customer service policies and procedures
Provide insights and recommend improvement, suggestions, and initiatives to related departments (Product, Business, Content, Engineer, Marketing, etc)
Work closely with the cross-function team to ensure seamless customer service operations across products on a day-to-day basis
Maintain and improve a high level of customer service experience and customer satisfaction through high-level service quality

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree from any major Good logical and structural thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
Data analytics to provide insight, recommendations or suggestions and initiatives
Excellent communication skills, able to convey information in a clear and concise manner, communicate effectively and accurate to our customer
Self-starter, proactive, and able to work in a face-paced environment
Attention to detail & multi-tasking skills to handle multiple tasks
Critical-thinker, problem-solver, and a team player
Familiar with Zendesk, Qiscus, and other customer service tools
Has experience in managing CS teams as a manager/supervisor for min. 2 year
Previous experience working in a startup/tech company or bank will be a big plus
