The Human Resources Officer will facilitate new hires for the company. This will include screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing workers. They will on-board new employees and guide new employees through the complicated process of benefits and compensation. HR represents both the employee and the company. The Human Resources Officer will be organized and perform administrative and strategic hiring duties. They also have the crucial task of complying with all local, state, and federal regulations for HR.

  • Assist in ensuring the Human Resources department complies with all corporate, apartment policies and procedures and the Indonesian governmental regulation pertaining to employees benefits.
  • Organize and maintain employee benefits records.
  • Assist in disseminating information affecting employee benefits and administration.
  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Assist in processing employee terminations.
  • Process insurance claims in a timely manner and distribute explanations of benefits and benefits pays to employees and providers.
  • Assist in general Human Resources functions with clerical supports duties.
  • Prepare employee birthday list.
  • Perform all duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources
