Human Resources Manager - Riverside Golf Club Bogor

Riverside Golf Club Bogor is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, and providing support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding
• Conduct training and development programs for employees
• Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Handle employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution
• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to handle local community
• Experience with HRIS systems
