Human Resources - Intern

Kuncie is looking for a Human Resources Intern to assist in Kuncie People Department's activities, projects and initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for the planning and implementation of Human Resources best practice in these areas to support our rapid growth. 

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Plan, execute, implement and support the People Team initiatives and responsibilities
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to create and manage initiatives including but not limited to employer branding, employee engagement, people operations and recruitment
• Involve in some ad-hoc assigned people activities & initiatives 

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Undergraduate/Post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management / Business from reputable university
• Minimum commitment of 3 months 
• Should be based out of Jakarta, Indonesia

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

• Strong passion in people-facing role 
• Relevant experience and conversant in use of Social Media to promote Employer Branding
• Creative in giving the latest trend and ideas to innovate the way to promote Kuncie branding
• Excellent written and verbal communication ability
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver quality results
