About the Role

This is a contractual role. Act as a human resource business partner in coordinating human resources tasks at country level.

HR Data Analysis

  • Data analysis and maintenance of data, including but not limited to consolidation of data, data validations, preparation of reports for reviews etc. and escalates issues/concerns when necessary.
  • Ensure payroll reports are generated timely to be sent to Managing Director.
  • Generating HR reports, analytics, and dashboards to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Learning & Development

  • Carry out Training Needs Analysis yearly.
  • Execute and monitor Learning and Development programs.
  • Process training claims and make claims from HRDF where applicable.
  • Ensure On-The-Job Training is carried out for new, transferred and promoted employees and for those with job rotation or new job scope.

Medical and Insurance Administration

  • Ensure all new employees are enrolled for medical and insurance coverage.
  • Ensure all Invoices received for medical, and insurance is submitted to Finance Department monthly for payment.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and assist the HR team in organizing events for the company.
  • Provide efficient and accurate HR support, including inquiries and resolving HR related issues.

HR Administration

  • Prepare related letters, disseminate and file – appointment, salary adjustment, yearly salary increment, yearly bonus, allowances, confirmation, etc.
  • Request for and update Personal Details form yearly and for new staffs and update all employee details in HRMS timely.

Specific Activities

  • Assist in recruitment activities when needed.
  • Carrying out any other request made by their manager.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Human Resources or
  • Fresh graduates from education background of at least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Psychology are welcomed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
