We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Human Resources Coordinator to work with our Human Resources Development team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
- Organize and update employee files
- Adhere to regulatory standards
- Liaise with other departments or functions
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Support other functions as assigned
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel in particular, functions, data, VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
- An analytical mind with good math skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant fields
