Gear Inc is seeking an HR Manager for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company (Company size: 700 - 1.000 staff). Ideal candidates are able to adapt and are well known with fast moving and last moment change.
1. Hiring & Recruitment
- Managing the recruitment and selection process: Recruiting, training, motivating and retaining manpower in accordance to growth requirements of manpower plan
- Build team and growth up company size to roundly 800 FTEs per year
- Supporting and suggesting improvements to the entire recruitment process. Host in-house recruitment events, organize learning and development programs
- Being creative for improving company branding, developing the branding via multiple platforms
2. C&B and Performance Management.
- Managing and controlling activities to build up and maintain teamwork spirit
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company culture and business strategy
- Managing C&B processes: social insurance, health insurance, contracts and other paperwork
- Advising the Board on HR strategy, personnel structure to ensure the development of the company
- Consulting, proposing, developing systems to ensure the effective implementation of management functions, HR efficiency and creating a professional, effective working environment
- Overseeing the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews as well as ensuring employee job satisfaction
- Cooperating closely with various departments to make sure the efficiency of company’s operations
- Nurturing a positive, energetic and professional working environment
- Serving as the point of contact for employment relations to promote a fair and transparent working environment
- Dealing with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
3. Culture & Engagement
- Being creative in doing internal & external events that align with the company culture
- Develop short-term and long-term programs/ plans for employee engagement and retention plans; build a Culture of Recognition & Reward for performance.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR field, HR Generalist, HRBP of the company with 500 employees and above; in which 3 years of experience in management level
- Background in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company with international culture and mindset is a plus
- Experience in mass recruitment under high pressure (eg: 100 people/ month)
- Experience in building and developing Employer Branding
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Be able to work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility
- Be able to work independently as well as teamwork
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- Good planning, time and project management skills.
- High problem-solving skill, analytical/ observation skills
- Be able to work in a multicultural/ multinational environment
- Excellent communication abilities and leadership skills
- Excellent command of English (reading/writing/listening/speaking), must be able to work with native English speakers
- Good skills in MS office, Google Suite
