HRBP - Talent Acquisition is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of junior to middle to senior candidates. He/she will ensure the fair and consistent hiring practice in Ninja Van to provide the best possible candidate experience. In addition, he/she will also be responsible for parting with the business to understand their hiring strategy and to recommend/advise on suitable solutions. This also involves active collaboration internally within HR functionally to support the NBU business in optimizing HR-related issues.  

Recruitment Operations

  • Manages end-to-end recruitment process from Sourcing to Interviewing to Evaluations to Offer, ensuring candidate quantity and quality

Stakeholder Management

  • Key stakeholder management - ensure a solid cadence of communications and provide a high touch level of partnership with hiring managers. This includes with candidates as well to ensure positive candidate experience. 

Systems Management

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and data management in the relevant systems. Involved in and support on projects that work on the continuous improvement of processes and systems. 

Administration

  • Managing recruitment administration e.g. job postings, candidate movement etc.  

Business Partnering

  • Design fit strategy and planning that align with business objective. Understanding management and employees issues with active listening and share back to Regional to work on solutions 

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in agency/in-house recruitment. 
  • Strong rapport building skills.
  • Strong communication skills .
  • Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and basic knowledge of recruitment strategy.
  • Business acumen - Good understanding of roles, hiring market and business strategy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
