We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and integrity-driven HR Recruiter to join our expanding team in Bali. You will be the face of FazWaz Bali, responsible for identifying and onboarding top-tier Sales Consultants and Real Estate Agents in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates for Sales and Operations roles through LinkedIn, Job Portals, and networking.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire process from initial outreach and screening to interview coordination and final onboarding.
Candidate Advisory: Act as a professional consultant to candidates, clearly explaining our tech-enabled brokerage model, retainer structures, and commission schemes.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized talent pool using our CRM and recruitment tools to ensure no lead is left behind.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Ops and Management team to align recruitment goals with business expansion.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (Agency or Startup experience is highly preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and digital job boards.
Professional Integrity: A strong sense of ethics and transparency when communicating terms and conditions to candidates.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment with high autonomy.
Local Insight: Based in Bali and familiar with the property landscape is a major advantage.
