We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can help us in bringing excellent talent into Dropezy and create an impact on the culture of the organization. Responsibilities :

• Support payroll and monitoring attendance in-house/outsourcing employee’s
• Handling and manage process onboarding / offboarding employee’s
• Able to support day to day employees in various HR related (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permission)
• Prepare and handle company event or internal communication

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, HR Management from reputable university
• Having minimum 2 years experience in the same position
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal to represent the company
• Highly organized, high attention to detail and able to multi-task
• Proficient using Ms Office tools and G Suites tools (Gsheet)
• Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
