As the HR Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks and projects. Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee data in our HRIS system, including updating employee information and generating reports.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations.
- Help plan and execute company events and activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Prior HR experience or relevant internship/work experience is a plus.
