WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g social platforms and professional networks)
• Conduct pre-interview and selection procedures, including documents screening, phone screening, basic assessment, in-person and user interviews
• Assist for scheduling the induction Program for New Joiner coordinate with facilitator availability
• Assist for sourcing external provider/training vendor/consultant to ensure match with the requirements
• Organize and attend job fairs and other recruitment events including campus agreement for Internship
• Assisting in the planning of company events as required
• Maintain the company social media to boost the employer branding
• Assist to provide template design for the announcement related to HR event

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Minimum last semester or Bachelor’s degree with internship experience in previous company as HR interns
• Good Knowledge in Employer Branding or Familiarity with social media, professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Job Portal etc.)
• Basic CV Pre-screening, Pre-Interviewing Skill
• Computer Literacy in Ms. Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Familiar with Design Application (Adobe, Canva or any other design platform)
• Available for six months
