Currently Moladin is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Generalist at Moladin, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources within our rapidly growing company. You will have the opportunity to work alongside passionate professionals who are driven by innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Conduct an employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee internal or external training and development programs while also managing the database.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives, secure the necessary budget approvals, and initiate related activities.
• Provide support to employee in various HR-related topics such as leaves & compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Having minimum 1 year of experience as HR Generalist is preferred.
• Experience for conduct an event for engagement activity or prepare and conduct for training.
• Having knowledge of employment/labor law is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good communication, good interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy and thoroughness.
