What you'll be doing

• Provide an effective recruitment service, filling positions on a timely basis and using innovative, cost-efficient approaches to attract the best candidates


• Execute payroll and general HR administration


• Maintain employee records in HRIS system


• Work with regional HR team to drive the company culture through HR programs

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 years in similar capacity
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, salary market & statutory compliance
• Knowledge in Workday HRIS system is an advantage
