About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for assisted relocation to Jakarta. We are looking for a strong HRBP who will be able to partner with TouchTen Games (a recent Tripledot acquisition) and help integrate Touchten with the wider Tripledot Studio group.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer sitting as part of the Group HR Leadership team this role will both contribute to group hr activity and lead the strategy for Touchten. You will be working with the local leadership team in Jakarta as well as leaders in the product organisation across the group.
- Develop a people strategy to support the aims, objectives and tactical challenges of TT that aligns with the Tripledot group
- Working with the wider HR team, namely the HR centres of expertise, the business and employees to cocreate the right people products and initiatives
- Plan, forecast and broker HR activity – overseeing delivery by calling on the expertise of others.
- Facilitate discussions around change and transformation
- Work with the wider HR team to deliver products that encourage and support our people owning their development by providing them with a range of different options, resources and experiences
- Work with leaders to identify and develop their talent, ensuring we create numerous career defining experiences for our people
- Work with our leaders to define people priorities that align with the experience we want to create for our people
- Provide business insight to HR and HR insight to the business
- Own the employee lifecycle and key people practices for functions of responsibility
- Deliver diversity and inclusion initiatives to raise awareness, encourage open and honest conversations and allow our people to be themselves at work
- Work with relevant HR Centres of Excellence to build our insight in how people feel and what’s important to them
- Provide development and coaching for managers to ensure they know how to get the best out of, and for, our people
- Have a hands on approach and support other areas of the HR team whilst the team is growing.
- Ability to Question and challenge leaders to get to the root of people and business issues
- Team Player committed to contributing to the success of HR as well as the business
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
- A progressive non-bureaucratic approach to HR
- The ability to work in an agile way with a user focus
- Strong marketing, communication and presentation skills to facilitate projects and initiatives
- Substantial HR Business Partnering experience within a commercial HR environment
- Exposure to and involvement in Mergers and Acquisitions transactions
- Experience of scaling organisations or other relevant change management
- Proven track record of turning business plans into people capability strategies and actions.
