Responsibilities:
- Partner with management, business unit, and people manager to have deep business understanding along with implement HR Initiative
- Have strong understanding and proven experience to implement HR initiative such as Organization & People Development, Performance Management, Employee Relation
- Work closely with the management and people managers to ensure leadership, collaboration, and teamwork, morale are well implemented within team
- Collaborate with people managers and management to resolve complex employee issues
- Analyze employee trends and metrics within organization and propose relevant solutions and improvements
- Maintain and keep updating every organization structure changes along with employee movement and employee data
- Identify development needs for teams and individuals together with our Learning and Culture team
- Proven experience as HRBP for 2 - 5 years with experience in Tech and/or Product
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Management/Economics/Business major
- Experienced in working in a startup environment (experience in a fintech company would be a plus)
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
