- Facilitate the resolution of problems related to industrial relations or employees in a work unit
- Disseminate HR policies to ensure information is conveyed to each individual
- Receive issues related to employee needs and development and convey this information to HR team
- Checking of employee data both quarterly and semesterly related to manpower projection, orientation, on/off-boarding, exchange of positions to ensure compliance with SOPs and company plans
- Track employees to ensure work performance is in line with employees and work units
- Identify issues that occur to employees to superiors/related parties when employees resign/termination or retention.
- Coordinate with other HR division teams to ensure that all matters relating to training, development, orientation, workforce fulfillment, industrial relations go according to plan
- Coordinate with third parties (Outsourcing) regarding invoices, issues and employee recruitment
- Checking and monitoring administrative transfers of employees/promotions/demotions to ensure compliance from the administrative side (tickets, letters, etc.)
Requirements
- 3 years of experience working in related roles
- Good communication skill and excellent problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of Manpower and Industrial Law
- Skilled in Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, Data Analysis, Training and Development, and Industrial Relations
