We are seeking a young passionate HRBP Intern to help in assisting HRBP to handled administrative tasks. Also, In this role, you will be responsible for determining job requirements and initial screening candidates You may also be required to promote Ninja Van brand with recruitment initiatives and events. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for Ninja Van current and future hiring needs.

Job Descriptions

  • Recruitment
  • Arranging selection process from stage 2 (user interview asst/manager level) to stage 4 (final interview with Head of Function)
  • Sending rejection email for those who is not passed the selection process
  • Arranging onboarding schedule for new hires
  • Ensure all new hire's starter kits are well provided
  • Sending an introduction email for every new joiner
  • Arranging new hire's 1st month experience review with HR
  • Controlling & Monitoring new hire's probation and employment contract review
  • Drafting SK for those who is passed probation
  • Assist to creating daily updated hiring report

  • Employee Engagment
  • Drafting poster design in every program
  • Blast reminder email in every program
  • Assisting settlement Cash Advance and/or Reimbursement process in every program (if any)

  • Learning & Development
  • Drafting poster designs in every training program
  • Recap training participants
  • Drafting training certificate design

  • Employee Administration
  • Ensure all employee's off-boarding docs are well informed to HR Core Team
  • Arranging an exit interview with HRBP
  • Ensure resigned employee's docs are well provided in time (Paklaring & Surat Keterangan Kerja)

Requirements

  • Freshly graduated from reputable university, majoring in Psychology or related majors (Final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply)
  • Energetic and fast learner
  • Have a great interpersonal and communication skill
  • Fluent in English, comfortable to write and speak English as daily conversation
  • Available for at least 3 months
