We’re looking for an HR Admin Associate to join our team to oversee operational and process excellence in the management of our Hubbers from a financial and legal perspective

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the legal compliance and payroll for our Hubbers
Ensure the right calculation and registration for Tax and BPJS of Hubbers
Ensure the usage of the HRIS and provide the data of Hubbers to management
You’ll impact the lives of more than 1 million users in Southeast Asia by helping them succeed in their career development journey
Since you will be working in a diverse team with peers in different locations and with various nationalities, you will need an advanced level of written and verbal English skills

Experience in payroll
Have experience dealing with Indonesia MoM
HRIS Skill and Data-Driven
Fast-paced worker, able to handle ambiguity and change
Currently living in Batam, or willing to relocate to Batam
